Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

A: Please provide the product 2D/3D drawing in PDF, XLSX, or DOCX formats.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It depends on your specific items, but typically, it takes 2-3 weeks.
Q: What should we do if we don't have drawings?
A: Please send your sample to our factory. We can replicate it or offer better solutions. You may also send pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width). A CAD or 3D file will be created for you if you place an order.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: For small orders, 100% advance payment by T/T or Western Union. For large orders, a 50% T/T advance and the balance before shipment.
Q: What if you produce poor quality goods? Will you refund?
