A: Please provide the product's 2D/3D drawings in PDF, xlsx, or docx formats.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Delivery time depends on your specific items, typically 2-3 weeks.
Q: What should we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send a sample to our factory. We can replicate it or offer better solutions. Additionally, you may send pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width). If you place an order, we will create a CAD or 3D file for you.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: For small orders, 100% payment in advance via T/T or Western Union. For large orders, 50% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment.
