A: Please provide the product's 2D/3D drawing in PDF, XLSX, or DOCX formats.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Delivery times vary based on specific items, typically ranging from 2-3 weeks.
Q: What should we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Send your sample to our factory. We can either replicate it or offer better solutions. Please also provide pictures or sketches with dimensions (Length, Height, Width). A CAD or 3D file will be created for you upon placing an order.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: For small values, 100% advance payment via T/T or Western Union. For larger orders, 50% T/T in advance with the balance paid before shipment.
