A: Please provide us with the product's 2D/3D drawing in PDF, XLSX, or DOCX formats.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Delivery time depends on your specific items, typically around 2-3 weeks.
Q: What if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send us your sample, and we can either replicate it or offer you improved solutions. Additionally, you can send us photos or sketches with dimensions (Length, Height, Width); we will create CAD or 3D files for you upon order placement.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: For smaller orders, we require 100% advance payment by T/T or Western Union. For larger orders, a 50% T/T advance is required with the balance due before shipment.
