A: We are a direct factory with 10 experienced engineers and over

Q: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A: Please provide the product's 2D/3D drawings in PDF, XLSX, or DOCX formats.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Delivery time depends on your specific items, typically 2-3 weeks.
Q: What should we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send a sample to our factory. We can replicate it or offer better solutions. Provide pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), and we will create a CAD or 3D file for you upon order placement.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: For small orders, 100% payment in advance via T/T or Western Union. For large orders, 50% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment.
