A: Please provide the product's 2D/3D drawings in PDF, XLSX, or DOCX formats.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Delivery time depends on your specific items, usually 2-3 weeks.
Q: What should we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Send your sample to our factory. We can replicate it or provide better solutions. Alternatively, send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), and if you place an order, we will create CAD or 3D files for you.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: For small amounts, 100% payment in advance via T/T or Western Union. For larger orders, 50% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment.
