A: Please provide the product 2D/3D drawings in PDF, xlsx, or indocx formats.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Delivery times vary based on specific items, typically ranging from 2-3 weeks.
Q: What should we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Send your sample to our factory, and we can either replicate it or offer improved solutions. Please provide pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width). If you place an order, we will create CAD or 3D files for you.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: For small orders, 100% advance payment by T/T or Western Union is required. For large orders, we require 50% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment.
