A: Please provide the product 2D/3D drawing in formats such as PDF, xlsx, indocx for an accurate quote.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Delivery time depends on your specific items, but it typically ranges between 2-3 weeks.
Q: What should we do if we do not have drawings?
A: If you lack drawings, please send your sample to our factory. We can replicate it or offer improved solutions. Additionally, you can send pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), and we will create a CAD or 3D file for you upon order placement.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: For small orders, we require 100% advance payment via T/T or Western Union. For larger orders, we accept 50% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment.
