A: We are a direct factory with 10 experienced engineers and over 100 employees, occupying approximately

A: Please provide the product's 2D/3D drawing in formats like PDF, XLSX, INDD, JPG, etc.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: The delivery time depends on your specific items; typically, it is 2-3 weeks.
Q: What should we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send your sample to our factory so we can replicate it or provide better solutions. Additionally, send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width). We will create a CAD or 3D file for you after an order is placed.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: For small values, 100% advance payment by T/T or Western Union is required. For large orders, a 50% T/T advance payment and the balance before shipment.
